Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned new, unopened, unused, in the original packaging, labelling intact and in saleable condition. Opened packages will not be accepted for return.
Additional delivery charges for an exchange will be charged and you will need to pay the cost of all return freight before the exchange will be accepted.
All items are thoroughly checked before they are dispatched. For products that arrive faulty or damaged please notify us immediately within 5 days of receipt on firstname.lastname@example.org
All goods must be returned within 5 days of receipt, unused in the original packaging. We will provide either a replacement, credit note or refund.
We will also reimburse your postage for the return of any damaged goods.
Cancelling an unshipped order
You can cancel an order anytime for a full refund provided your order has not been shipped yet.†
In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil any items that you have ordered we will contact you with details replacing the item with another †product or receiving a refund.
Delivery within Australia
All orders are delivered via Australia Post's premium eparcel service.
Australia wide delivery charge is $10 for regular parcels, with revised fee of upto $15 for bulky parcels.
Delivery takes from 3 - 21 days, from receipt of payment, depending on the items purchased and current stock levels.
We ship all purchases using Australia Postís premium eparcel service with delivery taking place during normal business hours. All goods must be signed for upon receipt unless you advise us otherwise and have special delivery instructions.† For signature required deliveries, if no one is home, a card will be left and the goods may be picked up from your local post office.
Order Status and Tracking
A tracking number is assigned to all deliveries once order has been processed and dispatched.†
An eparcel tracking number will be automatically emailed to you upon dispatch of your order.
You can track the shipping status of your order by entering this number at auspost.com.au/track/. An automated email will be sent to the email address you provided to confirm items dispatched.
